This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or use my services through Wix.com and related websites or services.
1. Information I Collect
In order to fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you have authorized Wix to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information and details of the product you ordered.
2. Why I need your Information and how I use it
I rely on a number of legal bases for collecting, using and sharing your information, including:
- as necessary in the provision of my services, for example when I use your information to fulfill your order, resolve disputes or provide customer support services.
- when you have given me your positive consent, which you can revoke at any time, such as when you registered on my mailing list.
- if it is necessary to comply with legal obligations or court order or in cases of legal law, such as withholding information about your purchases if required by tax law. and
- if necessary for my legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, for example,
1) provide and improve my services. I use your information to provide you with the services you have asked for and in the legitimate interest of improving my services; and

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for reasons and in limited circumstances, such as the following:
Service providers. I use certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services for my store, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only when necessary to provide these services.

I may collect, use, retain and share your information if, in good faith, I believe that doing so is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or governmental request; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate and combat fraud and other illegal activities, due to security or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property and safety of my clients or others.
4. Data Conservation
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may need to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and enforce my agreements. I generally keep your data for the following period of time: 4 years.
5.Your Rights
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights only apply in limited cases. I describe these rights below:
Access. You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact methods below:
Change, restrict and delete. You have the right to change, restrict my use of your personal information or delete it. In the absence of exceptional circumstances (such as those under which I need to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Refutation. You may object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after you have given your express consent to receive them. In such cases, we will cease processing your personal information, unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue processing this information or when necessary for legal reasons.
Complaint. If you reside in the EU and want to raise questions about my use of your information (and without prejudice to other rights you have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
